Diwa Top Login Guide

OTP stuck? Password forgotten? New phone? Here’s the usual path.

Use the Diwa Top login screen only through the verified Android app or a web address confirmed by the operator. Search ads, copied login pages and support messages may use the same logo, so check the domain and package details before entering a mobile number, password or OTP.

How to Log In

  1. Open the verified app installed from the link on the main download page.
  2. Select Login or Existing User.
  3. Enter the mobile number or account ID used during registration.
  4. Enter the password or request an OTP if that option is available.
  5. Check the account name and wallet history after access is restored.

The current login fields should be verified on 5 August 2026. If the app uses a different process, replace the steps above with current screenshots.

OTP Not Received

If the OTP does not arrive:

  • confirm the country code and mobile number;
  • wait before requesting another code repeatedly;
  • check whether SMS service and mobile signal are available;
  • turn off call/SMS filtering temporarily if it blocks automated messages;
  • reopen the app and try once more;
  • use only the support route shown inside the verified app.

Never ask another person to receive the OTP for you. An OTP gives temporary access to the account and should be treated like a password.

Forgotten Password

Tap Forgot Password on the login screen, complete mobile verification and create a unique password. Do not reuse a banking, email or social-media password. A strong password should be long, unique and stored in a password manager when possible.

If the reset screen asks for a deposit, card PIN, UPI PIN or remote-screen access, stop. Those requests are not normal password-recovery steps.

Account Locked or Device Changed

Repeated failed attempts, a new phone, SIM replacement or a security review may temporarily block access. Prepare the registered number, account ID, approximate registration date and non-sensitive transaction references before contacting support. Hide full bank numbers, OTPs, passwords and government-ID numbers from public messages.

Login Safety Checklist

  • Confirm the domain before using a web login.

  • Do not log in from APKs shared by unknown groups.
  • Never share OTP, password or withdrawal PIN.
  • Do not install screen-sharing software for support.
  • Sign out on a borrowed or public device.
  • Review wallet and account activity after recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I log in without the app?

Only if a verified official web login exists. Do not invent or link a web login until the operator’s exact domain has been confirmed.

Can I use the same account on a new phone?

This depends on the current security policy. The app may require OTP verification or additional checks after a device change.

Why does my password work on one page but not another?

You may be on a copied or outdated domain, or using a different app with a similar name. Stop entering credentials and verify the URL or package ID.

Can customer care ask for my OTP?

No support agent should need your password, OTP, UPI PIN or withdrawal PIN to investigate a normal account issue.

For verified support routes, visit the customer care guide.
